- Go to the “My Bookings” section.

- Click on “Cancel Booking” and confirm your cancellation.
2.2 Cancellation Fees
- 24 Hours or More Before Appointment: If you cancel a booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fee.
3. Cancellation of Services
3.1 Subscription Services
If you have subscribed to any of our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gear Up Studios account.
- Go to the “Account Settings” section.
- Click on “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Subscription”.
3.2 Refunds for Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s subscription fee.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a canceled service, follow these steps:

- Submit your refund request. Our team will review and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
